Any standing alternative to the chest fly? I do my workouts standing/in my desk chair at work!

I only managed to do this twice as I'm just starting out (plus my neck does hurt which is not helping) but I'm planning on working my way up to four!!
Completed this circuit for a total of 4 rounds. Love it! My arms were feeling it by the end.
Can i also do these with only one weight and take turns with the arms?
