Each time ,after your any towel exercises I am saying ,,there can not be any alternate towel exercises any way ,everything OK ,, so after anytime you are surprised me a new and a compliately different one,this is an amazing video and you are the amazing and the gifted woman,thank you very much Tiffany again..

Tiffany hi, I'm a begginner with this abs topic, so there are exercises in this video I can't do completly, like when you put up your legs over your head, to towel, I don't even feel a muscle in there, in low abs, which one of your videos you can help me to begin to feel that muscle, I was pregnant 4 times in 5 yeaars, I got 4 kids, so that part of my body is very hard for me to start working, do you got something which can help me? My waist is so much better because I got all the quarintine doing your routins but I was afraid to start with lower abs in front, because I don't now, can you help me please? thank you, and congratulations for being a super hero for a lot of us.
