The lunges were the hardest part. This was an okay video for an off day, in between lower and upper body strength days. I used the powerblock dumbell as a kettlebell, didn't realize it would work so well!

Terrible form on the KB swing. Horrendous. I like this couple. My wife loves them, but please don't do this form on a KB swing. It's a drive from the hips. It's the same power you use on a bridge. Both are squatting, then raising their arms — sure way to injure the back.

Those Russian twists with my legs up were definitely brutual after all that training but it was a good way to sweat it up right before I go to sleep 🙂 Thank you!

I've loved fitness blender for a long time, but recently have been getting back into these workouts after a bit of hiatus. Right now I'm working out at home, with a small roof and a floor that I DO NOT want to drop Kbell on, really thankful for a workout that didn't have any high pulls of snatches and uses the weight in a slow and controlled motion. Love you two, keep it up, may your love last a thousand lifetimes.
