When it comes to burning a lot of calories in little time, try Tabata. It’s a form of high-intensity interval training that alternates between 20 seconds of max training and 10-second rest periods for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun. This was great- totally got my blood moving, and didn't get bored. Also thought Anna was fun without being over the top.
I haven't worked out like that in a very long time. Happy to start out with only 2 rounds. From there I can build and gain strength and endurance.

Where's the high intensity? Doesn't really fit the Tabata Protocol. You have to be working as hard as you can in those twenty seconds. You're talking through the whole thing. Do it for real and see how you feel. Ten minutes would be a death knell. This is just a more advanced aerobic based program. Real Tabata is considered anaerobic in nature.
