It made it easier for Sheila to eliminate her abdominal fat. Hopefully it will work for you also.

On there you will find a helpful free video presentation by a recognised qualified health practitioner talking about the way to eliminate extra fat. I really love that you guys have full body workouts and I love even more that you're super clear on when to breathe in and out and and even clearer on form. I feel like alot of youtube workout people miss that sometimes. Been loving these workouts, they don't feel like alot during but this combined with 45-60 minutes of dancing 7 days a week definitely has me feeling wobbly!
