How many calories would I have burned if i did the whole workout through, and stayed on pace?
This workout is a beast. And anyone who can finish this can proudly say he/she IS a beast! Never thought I'd make those two rounds, but I did it! Dropped in a sweat and happy, and I don't care I wasn't that quick as Kellie was, I just did the best that I can. Thank you, Fitness Blender, for I can challenge myself every day. <3

I have to say that no matter how many times I do this routine within a month, it always kicks my ass and leaves me sore the next day, this one, along with "Kelli's Upper Body Workout for Arms, Shoulders and Upper Back – Upper Body Superset Workout" and "Upper Body Tabata Workout — Intense 60 Minute Back, Shoulders, and Arms Workout" are the best of the best upper body routines from this channel. I've already done almost all the other upper body routines from FitnessBlender but those three ones are simple the best, the most complete and intense. I hope you make more like these ones. Thank you guys!!!

This one definitely got me breathing hard and I liked that the cardio was trading off with the weight training. I'm not a huge fan of arms workouts so having a mix worked well for me 😀

My favorite workout so far!
Do not be fooled by this video! There is almost no rest in between sets and the reps are 2 sets of 14 (for both rounds!). Definitely one of my favorites, but a hard workout for sure

I have done so much cardio and hiit and was trying to find a workout to begin with weights. This was perfect since it combined both cardio and weights, sweaty and strong!
