Some interesting exercises. Some slight losses of posture at times but pretty good on the whole. I don't understand why the shirt is off though?

Thanks for the video and great tips. Do you recommend working different body parts on the same day? I usually concentrate on no more than 2 (ex. abs and legs) but i would like to include also arms on the same day. Would you say that's overdoing it for one day? Energy and motivation wise i have no problem.

Is single-leg lunge an exercise for beginners?? Tough exercises,extreme positions harmful for the joints. Just another showing-off video…
