Hi Joanna, Is collagen safe for using it on daily basis as healthy lifestyle forever without any side effects? If it is safe I will using it
I am taking omega 3 but collgen not because I haven't any data about it and it's benefits.

Ive been working hard on my gut health lately. Taking prebiotics probiotics and and magnesium/vitamin C supplement thats supppper good for increasing oxygen to the body.

I think I don't need the 1st supplement "omega 3".. guess why? Because I'm from "kaniyakumari" which is located in South part of India, we people have the habit of eating diffent kind of FISH every single day. Now tell me do I need to take omega 3..??

Consuming collagen is not all that great – it's like with every other type of protein, your digestive system will break it down to simple amino-acids and use it for what it needs, so your body won't necessarily use it as collagen. If you eat enough protein with all essential amino-acids on a daily basis, then you don't need any collagen supplements, it won't help anything. As for all the rest, I do agree on them but for omega-3 a better option is taking linseed oil, as it has the best omega-3 to omega-6 ratio (yes, it's important). So I recommend adding it to your list, unless it's too expensive in your country (in my country it is as cheap as every other cooking oil and I take one spoon a day as a supplement, I don't add it to my food, cuz I don't like the taste).

Hi, I have been taking PROBASE SPORTS NUTRITION COLLAGEN PEPTIDES POWDER for the last 4 months and I have never taken such a clean collagen powder before. It is non-gmo, grass-fed, hydrolyzed, and absolutely odor- and taste free. I usually don't write reviews but this product has literally made a difference.
