I've been trying to follow 3 kinds of diets for 3 years now, without big succes. I weighted 130kg. Currently I weigh 103KG and my bf is 23% so I'm definitely motivated to reach my goal of dropping to 10% bodyfat. At the moment I'm following a more specific diet made for me made by my cousin. It's been hard to follow a diet for 7 days and fitness 5 days a week. But it's kind of my hobby now. I don't quite have the finance to buy those kinds of supplements but they could really help me reach my goal 🙂
