So happy that your channel is getting so much love! I have been following for a while and I'm glad other people are finding you. Quick question does it really make a difference if I wear shoes while working out if I'm on carpet?

Thanks for the videos, Lucy! I was doing a kettlebell workout over and over and hit a plateau. These have helped me break through. Much appreciated!

So.. I wanted to start with workouts ages ago and I always find an excuse. I find motivation in your videos and I love how short the workouts are! Hi Lucy 🙂 I love doing your workouts and I really feel them work. But unfortunately I got sick with a bad cold. Is it okay to train anyways? Or would it be better to pause until i am fit again?

Hi Lucy
I feel really glad that there are person like you on youtube who like to spread the healthy lifestyle for free with such a passion and energy. I tried (maybe not hard enough) to follow the challenge but unfortunately i have a sore back (not because of the training – long time issue. Yes i'm getting old 😌) and wasn't able to do them for now a week. Would you recommend to start from scratch? Or just continue now as my back is better? If i wouldn't be living in switzerland, i would have loved to book you as my personal trainer. You would kick my ass everytime and that is exactly what i would need 😉 thank you soo much for all your effort you put in to all of those videos, books, plans!

I have been doing this workout every day during April along with some other workouts and i have been eating healthy nearly all the time and I'm really not getting any results. I have been exercising and eating healthy for months and nothing happened. What do i do?

Hi lucy 😊 first of all, i'm loooving #lwrhiitin4 ! so easy and after the first weeks, i am feeling so much better ☺️
but i have a question about this calorie burning: you say the body is burning them up to 10 hours after the workout, but what happens if i have a little snack like one hour after the workout? is it stopping the calorie burning?

Hi Lucy! I just started the challenge, I wish I had started at the beginning if April but that's ok. My baby girl is six months old now and the healing process has been a bit rough for me. But, I'm excited to get back in shape and your work outs are so great! I love that they are short because I don't have time to go running like I used to, 4 minutes is perfect. Thanks so much for all you do!! <3
