I absolutely love this challenge. I'm sticking to it and fit it into my everyday routine probably because they're only 4 minutes. I get home from work, do my work out and then have dinner. I make myself exercise or else i don't make my food. Everytime I eat right away, I'm obviously full and don't want to work out. I tell myself it's only a few minutes and the benefits will be amazing at the end of the month. I love that all the exercises are different and that there are obviously going to be 30 days worth so you can also repeat the challenge without getting bored of the same moves! Thank you so much, Lucy. I think we all appreciate the hard work you did in making a month long challenge for all of us!

I started on the 5th of april happyyyyy I caught this challenge early so that i can really get into it… also cobining it with a squad challenge app… trying to get my body back now that i really have time after having a baby 11 months ago schedule is starting to work for me hopefully i will be able to finish it .. Love u lucy and thank you so much !!

I just want to thank you for your you tube channel, I have always hated exercise but I have now found I am looking forward to doing your work outs in the morning, I have a 1 year old and cant get to the gym (not that I enjoy the gym) but with these workouts they not only show me what to do I also feel like I'm not working out alone and they are realistic time wise for people that are too busy to take an hour out the day for exercise. I have recommended you to a few people now as I am really enjoying it.

Loving the workouts Lucy! So good to have a rest day! Will be doing tonights workout tomorrow! Got work this evening (which will involve some sweeping and mopping – so getting a little workout in there) and I walk to work too, which is just over a mile.

Hi Lucy! I was wondering if these workouts are as- is, like, you do the 4 minutes for one round? Or can I continue and do it 3 times for a total of 12 minutes? I'm training hard and want to push myself.

Thank you *SO* much Lucy! Love the workouts, and I cannot believe how excited I feel to get fit. I was so lazy before and never exercised, and no strength. After 6 days I feel so much more energetic (great for chasing after our 4 children!). Keep up the good work xx

Hi Lucy! Thank you so much for these videos, I've started week 1 on April 18th so I've completed week 1 now, and this is seriously the first time I finished a whole week of an exercise routine. I love that it's so quick, I just do it really fast when I get up and then it's done 🙂 Thank you! X

But everybody does these 4 minutes 3 times. Is just 4 minutes enough? Because after that I'm out of breath and tired lol. Warming up + 4 minute workout + 3 min arm routine is so tough hahaha

If we still feel like we want to workout on rest day, is it really a problem? I still feel full of beans on rest days but also recognise wgen my body tells me it's had enough? What are the disadvantages if im fill of beans but still want to workout on rest days? Would appreciate if you could help with my question. Keep up the good work Lucy😉😊
