WORKOUT FOR STUDENTS IN UNIVERSITY LOCKDOWN. This is a 10 minute full body workout that can be done in a small space and requires no equipment. This kids workout will help to keep our kids (teens) healthy, active and strong during this lockdown and will also help to reduce anxiety and stress.

Lucy, could you make a workout that slims down the waist and boosts metabolism but doesn't reduce the hips? I'm trying to workout for an hourglass figure. I need to slim the waist but I don't want to lose my curves.

I am a uni student, and I've been doing your workouts from long now. I thank you alot lucy for creating such amazing workouts, because they helped me alot and i was 62 kg during the beginning of this year, and now i am 53 kg.

Wow this is a killer I've been going for 2 weeks now and I'm now able to jump on the last one and also do the press up being overweight 16st it's very hard but I'm becoming more stronger by the day and also I've lost 2lbs thanks 🥳🥳
