So many youtubers seem to going along life as usual and it's hard when no one is talking about the current state of things. I work in a bar and have these super odd sleep schedules all the time. My days can get busy as any adult. Excited to wake up early and see the sunrise AND not have to rush any of my workouts. I'm one of the few who is enjoying the switch in routine.

I am trying to make the most of things. For instance, I noticed the other day at the store that the ENTIRE shelf of Little Debbie snacks was gone! Apparently people are hoarding those now, which to anyone who is trying to be healthy, that's kind of YUCK. But I thought, OK, even if I can only buy canned vegetables with a little extra salt in them, that is way better than eating a hoard of Little Debbie processed crap. lol

Absolutely! Thanks for sharing – so glad I watched your episode today…needed that! Been home full-time starting Wednesday as directed by my employer for all employees. It's been a mind game. Food and exercise are off track.  Hopefully today was the turnaround. Took my dog for a walk, then I went on a longer one by myself and played ball with my dog. Food today as been better (felt like for some days were "had to eat no matter what it was because may not have it tomorrow thoughts…so bad). Better so far and getting back to healthier meals like before. Stay well.

I am single. I live alone with my two cats. I work in healthcare. Unfortunately, the last week has been just my normal routine. While everyone else is panicking about social distancing and self quarantine I had a normal weekend and went to work like usual. Perspective is key.

I usually do 50 hour weeks in childcare and add gym and social life. Now I drink wine and watch utube all night and sleep all day. Is tht bad. Scared. Also having bowle resection surgery in 10 days. I cancelled my work experience and seeing my therapist because am getting more lazy/ scared of corona. So lazy. Is tht bad? The less I do the lazier I get. I used be up up at 530 for gym . Now it's one p.m am still in bed. My boyfriend left me but visits with food twice a day. My family is over seas. Am also studying law for career change. Does anyone know good online nutritionist and personal trainer post bowle surgery? Am not meant to excercise for six weeks after. Am sure I can do something!
