Apologies for the slight audio static, currently under the weather and my ears are toast. Got a special video today for everyone, Alberto Nunez gives a tutorial on possibly the best way to target your lats in a compound movement. Even if like myself, you love pull ups, one movement alone isn't enough to grow an area. This has been a movement I've been doing since July alongside frequent pull ups/lots of stiff legged deadlifts & I think my recent progress shows.

Can you do a video on chest or shoulder activation? I'm tall with very narrow shoulders so I have a really hard time activating both properly.

Omar! Question I had for a long time and always see different… after I start the movement by pressing the scapula down, do I need to keep it down during the whole set? Or let it relax and come up after every rep, and press it down again?

Could you do some videos on how to develop a better posture? Both with regards to retracted scapula but also released neck muscles and released chest muscles. You know when you look healthy (and are) especially around your neck and back muscles.. hope you get it (Y)

Tried this last night and instantly felt it. One of the best tips I've found on youtube hands down.
Neutral grip bar on regular lat pulldowns did it for me, way better feeling than overhand/underhand and a lot stronger

Omar, some 4 months ago you yelled at me; and told me that i had to, "eat my fucking vegetables". Not once, but like 3 times. I was like, "OK! JESUS! calm down!" and so, i obeyed. this set off a chain of events that caused me to lose 40lbs! so yeah, thanks for the tuff love
I used this today and my lats still feel a bit pumped. I added in the little side squeeze from a previous video with Alberto and the contraction was strong as dicks.

Omar your a pretty smart guy so could you take some time out of your day to help me out.
When ever I do a pull up or lat pulldown the back side of my shoulder has a sharp pain and has forced me to leave these exercises out of my workouts. Could you give me a guess on what part of the shoulder is damaged and how to go about it. (I took about 2 months off of these exercises and went back to them the other day and the pain is still there)
Chest activation during pressing movements. Its so fucking hard for me to keep my scapula retracted during the whole movement and when i press i feel a stretch on my front delt(even with my scapula retracted) i know imnot going heavy because iv done this with light weight but its my biggest weakness.
