I feel Omar could progress really fast if he decided to bulk up,but he just wants to stay same wieght or even go more shredded so that just leads to very slow strength gains.If he just ignored the aesthetic side for one year he can progress really fast.

Damnn good to hear Omar… Do you think the snapping ur back up feeling will ever go away?? I had back injury mine was like 1 month after u had yours but I still have that same feeling ur talking about…. I haven't gone past 65% of what used to be my max..

In your most honest opinion; is it optimal to utilize the template of Prilipin’s Table to structure your workout based on strength, and utilize Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 for the Bench, Squat, OHP, and Deadlift
