Can you talk about what you have done to help your squat and dead lift whilst having/had a back injury. I`m in the same boat as your where and trying my hardest not to aggravate it. Any tips Omar?
I feel Omar could progress really fast if he decided to bulk up,but he just wants to stay same wieght or even go more shredded so that just leads to very slow strength gains.If he just ignored the aesthetic side for one year he can progress really fast.

In your most honest opinion; is it optimal to utilize the template of Prilipin’s Table to structure your workout based on strength, and utilize Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 for the Bench, Squat, OHP, and Deadlift
