Practiqué la rutina y me ayudo muchísimo. A mi siempre me atrajo el yoga, pero tu rutina es buenisima , al principio tuve mis dificultades pero ya la hago 2 veces completa (en la mañana y en la tarde) Gracias tiffany , seguiré practicando. un abrazo, DIOS te bendiga y te siga ayudando siempre.

Hola, me encanto tu manera de enseñar y la forma de ver el ejercicio muchas felicidades.Me gustaría que también hicieras el mismo vídeo en español, la verdad hablo muy poco ingles, entiendo bien los ejercicios pero me gustaría escucharlos en español. Gracias.

q chevere esta rutina de estiramiento es de lo mas relajante para hacer al final de los tiffany's workoutsq hago casi diariamente. Te felicito tiffany es de lo mejor tu canal y contigo si es divertido hacer ejercicios :). Bendiciones!!!.

Hello Tiffany. I ran into this stretch video and loved it. I checked a few more videos and they are good. I have a question re your inner circle – does it have a full series of stretch video workouts? how about dancing workouts? I am not quite a fan of boring repeating workouts, but prefer something that are fun to do. thank you

I love your videos and i love to workout to them. I was in a car accident and my body cant do half of what i could. All soft tissue injuries. Do u have workouts for back injuries? I'm well enough thanks to acupuncture to start stretching again. Any suggestions?

Do the relaxing stretch and meditation after each workot and then do the stretching parts 1 and 2 , 2 or 3 times a week

long-time no see Maam Tiffany , i had weeks without doing your excercises and my body gets lousy and weak . Sometimes , i lose the feeling of getting fit and healthy and bounce back to my inactive routines . I feel uninspired or just totally lazy to reach my goal of being just like you :[ reply pls .

If you stretch on a regular basis you will absoloutely see results. Do the stretches afer a workout, your body will be warmer that way.

Warm ups are designed to warm up your body before workout and streching to strech your muscles after working out. That way soreness will be less intense. Yes, streching before workout is also welcome!
