I want you to do this routine after work, in a quiet place that’s free of distractions. Don’t just do it to do it. You need to consciously let go of the things that are stressing you out and focus your energy on your body movement!

I work full time in a hospital and sometimes the stress is so overwhelming that I start sinking and withdrawing. Stretching and taking care of your body to bring the attention back your well-being does wonders I’ve found
