I like this but wish the background music was quieter or non-existant. Can hardly hear Tiff and when I turn it up the music is too loud for me to completely relax.

I love this I just wish that there was calmer background music so that I could listen to my breath and heartbeat. I didn't want to turn the volume down because I couldn't hear your instructions if so
