This is a great set of stretches to do after a workout. Remember it’s so important to warm up and cool down and if you do it all the time you’ll reduce the risk of getting injured and you’ll improve flexibility.

Thank you Joe , we are training in Devon with my son George whos now 11 -and has had 3 open heart surgeries over the years . He has never been able to do too much excersise but since his bypass we have been building up and your excersises have really helped him ,and its the first time he has really enjoyed reguarly excersing at home , he hasnt missed a day !! I have really enjoyed your morning workouts. It suits my body clock well to exercise at the beginning of the day and 20-30 minutes is easy to make time for regularly Will these videos still be available when lockdown ends?
Loving the work out Joe, I have bad knees so have stopped your HIIT sessions for a while, and doing the easy knee ones, abs, arms etc. Still loving it.I can't find a video with the foam roller, I would love to see your workout with one. Thank you ever so much for keeping me entertained and fit 🙂

Thanks Joe. My first time doing this Warm Down after some exercises, really enjoyed doing it, could definitely feel the stretch especially in my hip joints which I need at 68 years old. Patricia, London.

Helped with those hip joints (loosen the back) – fab – how on earth did we ever manage to live without ewe but enjoy yr moto bike ride in Scotland
I’ve been enjoying this too Joe. I’ve added to my daily routine of two sessions with you, PE then dumbbell strength followed by this stretch. It’s made such a difference especially in my hips. That pigeon stretch has sorted a pain I’ve had in my right hip for over 8 months 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💕💕😊
