I absolutely love walking with Leslie, Nick, and the gang. Seriously as a woman not worried about developing strength or muscles as that ensures good health. We all (men & women) need to be as healthy and strong as we can be.
Hey Nick do you have a lower-body one that you use with the bands or you know whatever one you would have? I'm doing the one with the bands of for the upper body but was really liking this one.
Should we be doing this more than once per day? This is mostly one set of each; how many reps should we do? Or is this is?
Glad I got this video on my recommendation because I'm going through some things and never thought I'd be homeless. I couldn't sleep and decided to do 4 rounds/sets of this. Just because I'm in this situation doesn't mean I will stop working out and trying to take care of myself like I did before I got into this situation. Exercise helps to reduce stress since money is limited and getting the necessary foods to eat is tough. People always say reach out to others for help but it's not easy when you get looked down on. I'll try another dumpster later because trying to get donations for a hand up is not easy. Thanks Leslie and Nick and all the team for this workout!😊
