This is brutal but obviously a great workout! I had a hard time with the Pilates though and wondering if anyone else feel the same? My elbows and shoulders start to hurt after a point and my hips are not flexible enough. Is it just my body or did anyone else feel the same?

11.10.20 Looks intimidating but I liked it! Time flew by. It took me 10 minutes longer because I had to keep on pausing and catching my breath but I'll come back in a few months and see if I've improved <3

I switch the order of the hiit and the strength training. Made it easier for me to push during the hiit part and get my muscles warmer for the strength. And the hiit does not affect my ability to push on the strength. Overall I feel like I am getting more out of this work out.

I threw in an Olympic bar with some weights for the strength portion. Keeping up the cadence with bigger weights adds to a whole new level. Pilates I have no experience with but it's tiring

Durning the first portion with the weights I was thinking to myself ok this isn’t so bad I got this, durning the HIIT portion I literally died and came back to life for the Pilates portion. My legs were shaking durning the cool down. This one kicked my butt, but I did it! PHEW THIS WORKOUT IS COMPLETE YAYYYY.

46:30 any tip on how to spread the bodyweight a bit more than just on the knee underneath? It's quite painful haha

I've lost 2stones from doing your hit workout 23mins and legs workout 15mintues and Abbs 10 mins, I've starting this one today, its good as I have big thighs and bum, I'm pear shaped I'm 50 but look 30s, I want to keep my shape, I want to loose another 2stones more to be 10st. But I don't want to look skinny, I like have big bum and thighs but toned with shape. So workout should help me. I'm stronger now. I was sweating much more than doing the other hit for 20mins because its not included weights this is fantastic with weights I should loose to more stones quick and I eat healthy once a day big green salads so I see how is goes by end of August 2021 in July now. I'm from London.👋 I was size 16 now size 14 nearly 12 I want be size 12 bottoms and 10 top UK sizes. No smaller! I don't want to be skinny at my age it will make me look old as I've been there before at 40. Keil girl wow sweating like mad and I really loved it well done girl 👏 it's the best‼️💃🏾
