Strength & Cardio Fusion Workout with Weights | 43 Minute Workout – BodyFit By Amy

Join me for this 43 minute STRENGTH AND CARDIO Workout with weights. In this workout we will be fusing some strength and cardio to get a full body workout. You can use either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. Each circuit will have two rounds where you can switch in between. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!

Been following you for a year now, did about 50 of your trainings and you very much helped home trainings to be a great option, not just a side option in this pandemic. I really like fusion workouts. Not only I use my weight-which I LOVE-but doing cardio and core. All in one! Its not sweat, its teats of joy 😂😂😂

Thank you Amy, I always thought regular sport is not for me because I have health issues but with you over this 3 years I am really enjoying excersizing almost every day and feeling very sporty. I really feel like you are my dear friend every time I see your face)))
dreaming to buy a bodyfit athletic club membership but it's a little bit too expensive so I am currently just thinking on it 😁

Thank you so much for your workouts! My five year is usually watching with me and I love that you have a positive message about doing this to be healthy. I've had to mute other workouts because they talk about burning off calories or getting your beach figure ready to attract or impress someone, etc. Thank you for your positive message! Did this workout this morn. I live in Texas and this was the 1st vid of yours I did following the power outages. Still no running water but will wait to do your recent KB workouts (given sweat) once water becomes available. But this one was excellent.

thank you for the modifications. It's so difficult carrying extra weight and then trying to work against that weight during exercise, especially when you haven't developed strength yet.

The strength exercises followed by the cardio and core and then a swing to bring it all together is terrific!! I alternated between my kettlebell and weights and loved it! Awesome workout Amy! 👍❤️🔥💦

I tend to think all or nothing along with my training. I have a little voice in my head which says if you not going super heavy, or high impact, high intensity it's not enough. And I love all the things you say in your videos to be where I'm at today and as long as I show up I'm successful. It has really help me change my way of thinking to sustainable and healthy not all or nothing beating myself up for being tired or doing push ups one week and modifying them the next. You have changed my life in so many ways not just with exercise. Thank you
