If the weight you use on the seated row is the exact same as two years ago…we have a problem. When we think about progress, we normally reserve our thoughts for the squat/bench/deadlift (and maybe OHP). Let’s change this paradigm.
Two questions: Is it enough to do weighted pull ups once a week if i have two other back movement (bent over rows and lat pulldowns) or should I do it twice. And how would I program the movement if I want to train it for 6 weeks straight?

My goal is to achieve 15 pull up in a row. Now, I can pull up 13 pull up in a row. And, I am stuck. I hope to perform 15 pull up in a row within 2 weeks.
