This looks amazing however I can't eat nuts or dates 😭 or anything high in fibre really xx
Granted, they might be close in taste and texture, but you could drug me and then feed me whilst I'm in a deep sleep and I would still be able to tell the difference between a date and a toffee 😉

Avocado and banana? I never would've thought to combine those two foods in a dessert. Can't wait to try it. I'm also going to make a version (less nutrient dense) using whipped coconut cream (chill a can of full fat coconut milk and skim off the thick 'cream' leaving the watery stuff) in place of the avocado and banana. My Thanksgiving guests aren't going to miss their pumpkin pie this year I'm sure!
Can you suggest some alternative for avocado? Not easily found in Pakistan.
