You asked for it, you got it. Here is a great workout designed to build curvy, strong legs and a round tight booty. You will need a chair and two 1 gallon bottles of water or you can use 8-10 pound dumb bells. Place your chair against a wall when you step up 🙂

Buenas tardes Tiffany me encantaría que si podrías hacer rutinas para reducir espalda sufro mucho , EH bajado cintura y abdomen pero aun tengo mucha espalda y quisiera bajar mas ,

I totally love your workouts!
Reasons why:
first of all they are sooo easy to do at home and you don't need special things to do them!
secondly your smile is so freakin' motivating (even though my inner me always tells me to stop immediately, your face tells me to keep going)
3rd because they look so easy when you do them i always think 'oh i can do that as well'. during the workout I'm always like 'how does she do that?! but the point is if i start your workouts i never give up
4th your workouts are so motivating that i can't stop doing them. I'm always like:' come on you can do another one' until I'm totally finished
last reason why you are so sympathic and i love the way you describe the different moves

(i just felt like writing a recommendation on you after doing the whole couch potato workout a few times, which i totally love)

Hi tiffany I love your workouts, the thing is I am 38 n suffer from severe joint pains at my hips, I try not to let it slow me down when coming to my workouts, but I have no choice now but to slow it down,can you make a workout video that's easy on the joints but very effective when building muscles or toning.

Tiffani me gusto mucho este vídeo,van dos días que lo hago,y huuuy!!! Si que se trabaja los glúteos y piernas,sube más vídeo así,pero en español ,hago mi rutina diario con tus vídeo y si siento que me esta funcionando,también mas largas las rutinas,hay una que es de media hora y huuy !!!! Es bueno es vídeo, pero es el unico😖sube mas,no me pierdo tus vídeo y siempre les doy dedito👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 arriba y los comparto
