This is harder than it looks! I have to do a soft bend in my knees to melt down. Practice harder to loosen up the hammies.

How the heck is anybody's head reaching the ground? It must be witchcraft!
Anyways, thank you for being awesome, I hope you enjoy your work and continue to help so many people!

I love doing this pose but I find that it’s hard for me to keep my feet from slipping further apart, do you have any tips? Or do I just need to keep building leg strength? Thank you 😊 much love to you and Benji ❤️

Every time I go into this fold one of my hips pops. It doesn't hurt but it's uncomfortable and stops me from even trying it anymore. Does anyone have any tips?

Thanks Adriene! I have been only practicing Yoga since October 2020 and for a beginner like me these Foundation videos are such an amazing resource. The studios are still closed where I live, but even without personal guidance, these videos help me to get the idea of basics, to avoid common mistakes, to correct myself and potential injuries. Thanks a lot, you are doing an amazing job here! 🙂

I think in foundations videos you should show earlier how to get out of the pose, before showing variations.
I (and I assume I'm not the only one) couldn't hold the pose for that long and had already gotten out and back in twice by the time you showed how to do it properly.
