Hi! When i try this pose, my knees feel weird and hurt so i stop. Some videos show micro bend and lots don't have micro bend. Help!
I feel the pain in my legs😫
You're the best! Thank you so much.
I am able to do the forward fold however when I wake up in the morning it's as if I am right back where I started, even after working out☹️ please help, how do I make my forward fold more
This is harder than it looks! I have to do a soft bend in my knees to melt down. Practice harder to loosen up the hammies.
How the heck is anybody's head reaching the ground? It must be witchcraft!
Anyways, thank you for being awesome, I hope you enjoy your work and continue to help so many people!
Thank you:)
You’re so cute 👍
Awww your baby face 🥰🥰
Thank you my girl~ !!! This has been so helpful <3 you are magic!!!!
Otherwise known as Tusok Ulo in the Philippine Army and it is used as an exercise and also a Punishment method.
What does this benefit?
The outside on my ankles are hurting from exercise.. what did i do wrong?
Thank you for sharing such a helpful method on how to do Prasarita Padottanasana you are truly awesome and generous ^^
So tough x
Im not able to touch to my head to floor. But im so excited i had a flat black and not a banana back. You are a really great teacher. Thank you for all you do.
I just started yoga and I’m a man I love it.

🌺🌺🌺Great Video! Thank you Adriene! :)🌺🌺🌺
Another favorite of mine! Found i was bending wrong… even tho that means my head doesn't reaxhthe ground anymore im ok w that. The stretch was AMAZING! Thank u adriene
I love doing this pose but I find that it’s hard for me to keep my feet from slipping further apart, do you have any tips? Or do I just need to keep building leg strength? Thank you 😊 much love to you and Benji ❤️
Every time I go into this fold one of my hips pops. It doesn't hurt but it's uncomfortable and stops me from even trying it anymore. Does anyone have any tips?
Nope. I just can't do it. I think i am not flexibel enough yet. 🙁
I hv been doing yoga for a long time. I find this pose so challenging , I hv also injured myself, but I will keep trying thanks for your help 👍👋🙏
Thanks Adriene! I have been only practicing Yoga since October 2020 and for a beginner like me these Foundation videos are such an amazing resource. The studios are still closed where I live, but even without personal guidance, these videos help me to get the idea of basics, to avoid common mistakes, to correct myself and potential injuries. Thanks a lot, you are doing an amazing job here! 🙂
I love how you call nearly all of the poses "one of your favourite poses". 💗
That was really hard! Sheesh
One of the sweetest renditions of this pose on the net!
wow, my head stops somewhere where my calves are, nowhere near the floor yet 🙂
0:18 Sanskrit was invented by humans only and was meant for them only 😁😁😁. You are amazing btw!
Thanks a ton 🙏🏻
Love from India 🇮🇳♥
She talks a lot!!
Day 460 in books ❤️
Tried this and toppled over 🤣🤣
Thanks for sharing🙏❤
'I surrender!'
ME AT THE BEGINING Yeah I got this, this is an easy pose…
ME AT THE END HOLY Sh!t this is way more complicated and difficult than I ever imagined…
I loved this! I’m newly pregnant and really trying to strengthen my legs. Thank you so much for creating a prenatal safe playlist ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I think in foundations videos you should show earlier how to get out of the pose, before showing variations.
I (and I assume I'm not the only one) couldn't hold the pose for that long and had already gotten out and back in twice by the time you showed how to do it properly.
2021 and still rockin this vid!
Very good : you show that yoga is not a circus, but the honest connection with brain and body 🙂
my favourite asana- so calming with the breath.🧘♀️☮💖✨🙏
yeah gonna keep practicing these!!
