no crunches – third position: crunch 🙂
I usually do laying ab workouts which work very well but when I do standing ab workouts I do not feel any sort of resistance or feeling on my abs while doing these exercises?
Not going to lie, I totally expected her to be pulling the sigma face when the music kicks in. 😅
