Good morning.
I watched a great video today. My body was weak and I could not exercise, but after watching your video, the exercise seemed to be fun. I watched the video today and I sweat after my workout, but it does not seem to have any effect on my abdominal muscles. Am I doing the wrong exercise? Thigh leg muscles only tighten. ㅠㅠ

Hey Tiffany I love you workouts! But I have a problem that I'm hoping you could help me with. I have a mild case of diastasis recti which is a separation of the abdominal muscles due to the pregnancy and birth of my first born child. I just wanted to know if you had any specific exercises that can help me with this problem? I really love your exercises and how you do it so I feel like you can help me the most because you target specific muscles..
