Just finished this workout have been doing for about 3 weeks now and I just love the results especially the first move it has really helped with my lower belly… Thanks so much been doing your workouts all year so far can't wait for this summer.

Hey, I’m finding that my hip pops or clicks when I do leg circles and those side crunches. It’s the lowering of the leg to the side that seems to cause a pop. Do you have any suggestions on stretches or exercises that might help with this? No pain, just very annoying!
