To train with a belt or not to train with a belt. It's a tricky one, because it's so help for supporting your core and back through movements, but I absolutely agree with Mike here in the sense that when you train with it, you start to rely on it mentally and then eventually you think you can't complete heavy lifts without it. A tough one, but each to their own, as long as people train safe while getting the gains! 💪🏾

I’m on day 7…my body is wrecked!! I did increase my squat from 185 to 205. I’m hoping to get to my goal of 225 by the end of November. Thanks Mike!!
