Hey Mike. Since I came across this video a few weeks ago, you inspired me to do some extra research, and I decided to squat 'light' everyday (95lb) ONLY on non-leg days. I haven't maxed yet, but recently I been hitting 185 for 5 good reps. Everyday I do 95lb x 20r x 3s with mixed up variation, etc. to spike my legs. I will say by squatting everyday with high rep I have GREATLY improved my endurance. I went up 10lbs in a matter of less then a week with higher volume.
My question: How long do you suggest doing this? A lot argue you need time for your muscles to heal, that this routine is counter-productive. I will admit I have gained size by looking at myself, but I always feel sore, as If my body isn't healing as 'they' say.
