serious question but wouldn't squatting everyday even with knee sleeves or wraps be way to hard on the knees? particularly dangerous to your patella and acl.

This video inspired me to attempt to squat everyday for 100 days in a row. Mike, you make it look so easy but the program is definitely not for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of discipline and drive to squat everyday

Mike Im on day 2 and my legs feel like sandbags, but im gonna keep it going. Out of all the fitness guys I see yu putting in the most work with the chllenges and pushing yaself to the max. Other fitness guys need to do this and show what they got.
