Hey Mike, I just wanted to thank you. I've been squatting for 3 years now (ever since i started lifting) usually once a week. I've been watching these squat everyday videos and they have inspired me. I'm not squatting everyday, 3 or 4 days a week for about 3 weeks now. I definitely see a lot of improvement, feeling stronger and I feel my form has improved. I'm doing this on top of my normal workouts and I thought at first it would burn me out, but actually the opposite happened. Anyways thank you for your inspiration and motivation. keep doing your thing man!

Do you always let your trainees squat like that? She's asking for a slipped disk

it's all adaptation. The more often you squat the less sore you will feel. I started this with a friend a week ago. I'm 175lbs and my 1 RM was 315. Now we are doing pyramids up to 3 45lbs plates and 1 25lbs plate on each side and I can rep that cleanly twice. I don't know if everyone will benefit from this but I can tell you this, my legs have gotten a lot stronger.

That introspective commentary was very intriguing. To be able to see how a successful person views them self and observes their own process is always a bit enlightening… Good Shit

The girl has her hips pulling to her left on the concentric portion. This may cause an injury!! Not trying to hate but i've had the same problem that made me fuck up my knee!!

I could listen to Mike all day everyday. I'd be blessed to be around him. He's so motivational. Just watching his videos pushes me to do better in everything. He's a good guy that's why he's successful. He seems to like helping other, he seems to be on the grind 24/7.

You can obviously build up volume and frequency. He isn't maxing out. a month of squatting everyday is still impressive.
