Anna your makeup looks great. But this video is very unathletic and a waste of time. Probably the worst one on fitsugar. 🙁
I think it was a nice video it wasn't as fast as the others but that's ok sometimes you need to take your time and not stress through the exercises he explained it well and the others usually don't explain so much they just rush through it. A good 'in between' workout that you can do between harder workouts.

I think he has a lot of knowledge and we all can learn from him. Not every workout needs to be HIIT. I liked it, thank you!

They should call this video A beginner's guide to exercise..the moves are so basic.
I just got home from a month of holidays and was looking forward to working out today, eventhough I was a bit scared how it would go since my last workout was a while ago. But this was just boring and not challinging at all.

the moves are good but this was way too easy, usually Popsugar's 10 minute workouts really make me sweat

Yikes, this one is a flop, Popsugar. This would maybe make an okay cooldown if it was more interesting. Poor Anna is trying to compensate for how lame and boring the instructor is.
This workout is good for a slow burn, to focus on your muscles individually. Good for a warm up too!
This more of a stretch/warm up than an exercise routine. So if you only have 10 minutes and you want to work out, don't do this one but if you do have time do it as a warm up.
This trainer has the charisma of a light bulb. Slow workout and talks too much.
