C skips for sure. It's like my legs and brain just won't coordinate with each other 😂
Cat-Cow 🐱 🐄 stretches… I feel like a weirdo and avoid all contact with people while doing them, but WOW do they feel sooooo good!
AND I have to say, they were largely instrumental in rehabilitating a back injury. So… Here's to looking ridiculous!! 🎉
