I eat meat and cheese ( high fat ) on my refeed so 3-5000 calories that meal.
Can i start at maintenance, bump up my activity, then after 3 weeks, bring it down, then do the same for another 3 weeks, then bring it down again?

Refeed is something completely different than cheat day. Cheat day is when you eat shit. Refeed is when you just eat more calories and carbs from healthy sources.
it's not about fucking micros. Micronutrients have 0% effect on your body composition.

Good video. Esp about incorporating foods you like into the diet. I see many people spending several hundreds of pounds totally refilling their fridges with 'healthy' foods they either NEVER eat or have no experience in preparing.
The effort it takes to start afresh and relearn meal prep while also adjusting your tastebuds is too great to sustain after the motivation dissipates.

yea I believe this shifting dieting works because I go 3 days on reefed type eating and the rest of the week calorie defect type eating and i have lost some weight with low activity levels. That shit works.

Currently I have started tracking my calories, My body weight is 150lb with16% body fat. I consume 2,200 calories and in my macros there is 45g of fiber and recently after few days I feel little uncomfortable in my stomach so do I need to reduce my fiber intake or I just slowly slowly add up to get back to 45g of fiber? I dont know how much fiber I should really be consuming

Omar I'm confused. Are you saying that the results of the study were that the group with refeeds lost more weight because of the refeeds promoting more fat loss regardless of caloric intake? Or did the refeeds simply increase mental compliance to the diet?

1637 is my bmr that i got from a online calculator.other websites give around the same result.I made my calorie deficit to around 1500 calories. I'm 15and weight 135 every weekdays in the morning i have soccer conditioning for 2 hours and mon/wed/fridays i do the mehdi 5×5 program. So if if i want to loose weight(i have remaining belly fat that i cannot loose, so im still not lean but not to fat)i have to eat more at around maybe 1800 calories to loose fat?
I do ocassionaly have cheat days, but the only question I have is does a cheat day negate the work you put in the entire week? I don't go overboard and eat 6,000-10,000 calories a day or some crazy number, but I just eat some ice cream or pizza and that usually satisfies me. Average calories on cheat days is around 3,000-4000
What about macros tho. If i eat extra protein in one day, would that be able carry over to the next?
