this is not a tutorial. this is some kind of antigravity force field demonstration.
I’m around 170 pounds. I do a lot of calisthenics but nothing crazy, I can chest press more than my Body weight, bench more than my body weight I can squat double my body weight. I run 2 miles 5 times a week and I’m around 11-12% body fat right now. So I am very athletic. I can drop down more body fat which is what I’m doing for my summer body. I can definitely do at 10 muscle ups and more when I drop weight but to do a slow muscle up?? That’s PURE STRENGTH! I’ve tried and tried when I have been in the single digit bf percentage and I still can’t do it but I know that I need to work harder to achieve a slow muscle up but you people saying it’s because he is thinner blah blah blah.. stfu you don’t know the hard work and are Lazy as fuck because y’all don’t push yourselves past you limits and don’t believe in yourselves heavily!

You make look easy but 3 years I'm working on muscleups I can do MU with +30kg I can do impossible dips slow muscleups with false grip I have the strength but I can't with no false grip maybe the secret is that wrist rotation.

Finally I did my first slow muscleup with no false grip ..i has the strength and skills I couldn't do it he problem was on wrong position of my shoulders in the transition and the distance between my hands on the bar I .Now I understand the movement 🙂

10/10,this is the best one I have seen, thanks for your video. I am working towards to slow muscle up using your method, my wrist tends to slip off the bar wheen using false grip evn i use rubber paddings or so ever. Your method has proven, you can do it without false grip. Thanks again, you have giving me the motivation doing it with normal grip.
