I don't think I slayed that workout, I think it slayed me! It took me 25 minutes to do a 10 minute workout! I'll keep trying though =)

This is CLEARLY not for beginners. I couldn't follow any of the moves. Bad idea
I love the workouts! However, a lot of times when you do an exercise that consists of switching legs you throw an exercise in between and it's really annoying because i lose track of which leg to exercise next.
With having MS obviously I can't do this perfect but I loved it. The jumping jacks are always the hardest because I can't do them. I just step side to side and move my arms up and done. Still getting what I need. It's a great after work workout. It gives you energy. I did all of it and I feel fantastic. I hope everyone put in their full effort. Hugs

I am so happy that I have subscribed to your Channel. I've been doing circuit training for almost a year this month. and my trainer jumped me about a month and a half ago, due to not wanting to pay her every session vs. once a month.( which we've been doing for almost a year). so I got in a little slump of depression and just stopped working out . till yesterday I feel incredible and I feel like I'm back in my again. thank you beautiful lovely ladies. keep up the good work that you do I truly love it and I'm truly grateful

I think that was the worst workout I ever did :/ A few things were way too hard for me and others I could have done way more than you did in the workout. So it was sort of too hard and too easy and the same time. Definitely not doing this again.
