Interesting with this Palumboisme issue, cause the way the lower stomac and seemingly intestines seem to turn, it actually just seems to be food in order to fill out that is in his stomac. People may say he is full of shit, which is true, if they talk about what he is going to excrete in the future to come, later in the day, when going to the toilet.
If he used more caloriedense food like Morell, who eats tons of junk to fill out when competing and so gets lots of food without much fibres and high calories compare to what it takes up of space in stomac, he may look better.
