Everyone wants six pack abs…and it’s surely a challenge to get them….but if you’re willing to endure at least a little discomfort (like with this 200 rep ab scorcher) you can get them once and for all!
One of the most important aspects of ab training is to make sure that you’re always pushing your body further and further to ensure new and better results. As your abs get stronger you want to constantly challenge them with unique ways and exercises to make sure they continue to respond.
This new 200 rep Ab Scorcher is my latest example of this.
Just when the newly crowned “MR. X” Ben May thought he couldn’t get his abs to develop any more than they already were…I came up with this advanced version of the canoe ab exercise to do just that.
After you’re done watching this…make sure you head over to and grab your copy of the same exact program that Ben used to lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time and grab the title of Mr. X for the best body reconstruxion.

nice. i can do about 250 reps of straight crunches but ive been trying to incorporate the obliques so this should help. thanks jeff
nice one
Hi Jeff, I'm in 6th week of athlean-x, which is going great, but I'm struggling to get shape in my chest on the outside as I used to be chubby! Just wondered if you had any exercises that concentrate more on shaping this part of the chest? Thanks.
@Belli127 Belli, check out the AthLEAN-X TNT Chest workout. You can find it at athleanxtnt (.) com
I did this workout yesterday. It's a reeeaaal bitch
awesome workout Jeff and well done Ben! you made it look so easy but when i did it, i had to take a 15 sec break at the last 2 sets just to breathe!
Belli127, the AthLEAN-X TNT Chest workout DVD worked great for me. Same with the bicep one.
i want very good abs, you have to take a weight gainer or take whey proteines?
@nachotoonz if youve got a belly u wanna try some aerobic exercise before u do abdominal exercises. do a 5-10 min warm up on a bike or run then do a minute at your fastest pace then do the workout
@nachotoonz cardio
some post here hear about the exercise not doing anything for their stomach..the truth is that the abs exercise may work the core but does nothing to show them – abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. Many people who have abs do not even train them that hard – cause they know its the diet that will reveal the stomach muscle one has already..
@nachotoonz ya gotta mix cardio in to see your abs. Just building ab strength and endurance will not decrease your gut size.
sheesh just watching this made my abs hurt
glad i saw this, i was about to do my abs exercise for the night and this will hopefully work them better because i do work my abs hard but i feel like i can go forever. i end up being really saw but i want the pain to know im working it, and high reps to burn and shape them more. THANKS! i love ur channel btw
@AllTheGo0dNamesRGone *sore the day after but…
NEED HELP. My lower belly seems to be bulging out due to large muscle (under my lower abs and to the sides of my abs) and my waist seems much wider, all due to what I believe are my internal obliques. I think its because I've done too many squats. What can I do to fix it so that I don't have muscle bulging out from the sides and lower section of my abs. Its really ruining my body shape, kinda looks deformed. I really need some advice. Thanks.
i experience a lot of fatigue during my training and only during my training like my body doesnt wanna work out or something…i eat healthy and like i should and i sleep enough…any ideas?
recremend* That's perfect.
great video as always
10 years ago! Anyone doing this in 2019!??
I can't seem to keep count. So I do it for 30 seconds for each round
