Wow great workout! Love it, although for some exercises my back arches and starts to hurt. What should I do about this?

My coworkers laughed when I told them I would build muscle with "RushMax Muscle", but then I showed them the results. Do a search on Google for RushMax Muscle to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)

Yes I agree cant even believe it. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. How many of these workouts should I do per day in order to see the best results? Right now I do the 10 min ab workout everyday and usually follow that with another ab workout like this one. Is that enough or should I do more?

Listen to this I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard.

I have told ten people about XHIT! Your workouts are fabulous and I really like your personality and enthusiasm! I have been doing ten minute abs regularly but today I did SixPackAb workout – and it was so hard! I hope its because its different. That's why I enjoy XHIT – variety! I do something for a few weeks then change it up! Keeps it all fresh and stimulating! Suggestion – lower the background music so I can hear you! Thanks! Shalom! EPT

butt is up a bit too high in spiderman plank lunges… should be able to keep a glass of water on your back without spilling…
