Hey Lex. I've always been able to control my diet by eating normally. But I have stage 3 asthma, and I'm not able to run more than 10 yards before losing my breath. What do I do for a workout?

what should I do if I am already at a low maintenance level of calories around 1600 calories to be exact, still tracking it but I am still not able to lose weight? My source of food is purely purchasing meals outside and I cannot cook my meals also due to resources around my University and my dormitory, I am 19 years old, 5'9, 166lbs , around 23-25% body fat, should I stop decreasing my calories since it is not healthy anymore and add more cardio and intensity on lifting days? need advice!

i got to go to bootcamp for the navy and i have to lose some weight and be able to run a mile and a half in under 13 min and i got my 80 push ups in 2 in down. whats something good to eat before a run to have the energy to keep going?

I've been losing weight for about a year now and have 23 pounds to go (lost a touch over 100 thus far) and something someone can do to see progress is record their progress and also take some before pictures. After a few months, it will really show off your hard work! I look down and still see a stomach that needs work, but the mirror I look into shows me in a not bad state 🙂

I like watching your videos and while I haven't seen them all, I know that you are more knowledgeable than I am about fitness. But I have to ask… what experience do you have at being fat? I mean really fat? Like legit obese? Think about it. You have been working out for possibly a decade or more. For some of us, we have been fat for that long. Your videos inspire me to get off the couch… but I never do. What kind of advice do you have for kick starting that motivation for someone who is used to, and dare I say comfortable with, being lazy?
