Just for the sake of clarification: is that a naturally obtainable physique? i.e. without steroids? Seems very 'full' at such low bodyfat. What am I missing in my nutrition and training?

This is something I've noticed on everyone. Why do you arms look smaller on a movement? Like when you was doing dips in this, your arms were like fairly small and then you stood back up and your arms were back to their big old selves? The exercise I notice this happen on most people to is overhead press.
