What do you recommend as a sugar intake limit ?

Glad to see deadlifts being incorporated now! Also, you must know this already but as much as the the positive of the movement, you should focus on the negative portion aswell, simply setting the bar down gently as slow as you can for each rep really maximizes the stretch of the muscles considering this is a compound movement.

What is your contraction week?
One thing that people don't realize is that the deadlift isn't necessarily a back workout. Most people get hurt because they think that. Dead lift is primary legs, secondary back and core. If you watch the greats of the dead lift, which is what i recommend, you see that they push with the legs and then pull with the back. Not reversed. Just a reminder (:

Hips are rising way too fast. Need to set you weight back onto your heels and use the bar to pull yourself down to get the slack out before you begin the pull.
Hitching is actually where some one is grinding and they rest the back on their quads on the way up

It would mean the world to get your response on this question. I also tore my rotator-cuff around 6 years ago pretty badly. I am back in the game @ 24 now. The effects of the injury are still there, i am also extremely self-conscious about my shoulder and protecting it with every exercise. Form-wise i have made the right adjustments, i too cannot do bench press because i feel a little pain, but with dumbells i'm fine. Can you give your thoughts on what kind of rehab would be best to do while continuing training. Thanks.

Same here lex, might do them every so often but it has never been a staple thing in my routine like squats are.
