Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. A title may come close to suggesting that, but I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targeting fat loss is also not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Yo! my name is El, it’s 22.09.21 and day 1 of my summer shred program I didn’t count my reps but if I’m honest I could only do about a quarter of the 500. I’ve been in lockdown since July and seriously gained but NO MORE I’m losing this weight lmao so whoever sees this and whenever you do good luck on your journey ~ you can do it! I’m rooting for you ! I’ve got one more month in lockdown so looking forward to how many I can do by the end of the month ~~

Tbh this video is the reason I never finished 2020 summer shred challenge and propably never will. I tried twice but I always felt discouraged because Chloe is doing 500 reps and I…. I don't even know because I can't count and work out at the same time but I know I suck when I compare myself to her. I mean it's the case with every work out but here you have numbers that prove it haha. And no, I can't force myself to not look at number of reps done by Chloe lol.
I finished some other challenges though.

Listen, the first day is BRUTAL. I'm on day 6, and it's still brutal, but I can go on a little longer before taking a break… and my arms look more toned which I LOVE. Keep going!

Just got done with 2019 summer shred and I went on to the 2020 summer shred. oH mY jesUS so difficult. I thought it would be no prob because I just finished her 35 day challenge, but doing this challenge worked me.
Day 1: covered in sweat, had to take a few breaks.
Day 2: took one break during this video. Now onto the leg.

This is my first day of the challenge and I did 230 reps. I hope that after 4 weeks I will improve and be able to do 500 reps 😩😭
December 25th (DAY 1) : I just did this after the warm up and full body shred. I can a sure everyone I did much less than 100 reps and feel like I'm gonna die
not stopping now tho . its WAYYY better than nothing.
