I'm 55 years old and gained the "quarantine 19". In the past 10 weeks of doing your workouts, 1-2 daily (no dance), I've lost 13 lbs. (I'm now 135 lbs) and gained muscle. Gotta say, I had to psych myself up for this one with some self talk-1st round: "how the H— am I gonna get through this?", 2nd round: omg this is SOO HARD, 3rd round: : why is it feeling easier?", 4th round "you got this, no problem". I don't know how, but I actually felt better at the end than at the beginning! Love your enthusiasm and support. Keep the video's coming.

did this a week or two ago and i was out of commission for like 3 days after! my lats and arms were probably more sore than my abs somehow. did the workout again this AM & it was much more doable! thank you this one is fireee
