i wonder how long it would take to be as strong as Scott.. I'm 14 and my max for shoulder press
is 100lb free weight and 165lb for machine shoulder press.

when i do the forward raises my shoulders click and it feels like my shoulders are grinding. am i using a too heavy weight?

Just have a look at that site at http://musclegend.com On their website you will find a nice free video showing how to pack on noticeable muscle mass fast. Many thanks for the film. Really enjoy You tube due to this sort of content!My step brother used to be bullied. He explained he was planning to get bigger. I chuckled at him because I didn't think he would for a second…. Right up until out of the blue he gained 40lbs of 100 % pure lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. He doesn't get bullied any more. 🙂 I actually subscribed the other day. Plus this mans emails are fascinating!!!

You should really include rear delt exercises in your shoulder workout unless you want a shoulder imbalance

Hello, have you tried "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? There you can watch a useful free video showing the way to build up noteworthy lean muscle fast whilst dropping excess fat as well. James and plenty other guys had great success applying this methodology. Hopefully it works for you also.
