Nice video except I can't take the music. This is my number one complaint of all social media. If I click on a video, I want to watch the content. I do not want to hear music. It adds nothing. I could not finish this video. I know, turn the volume off. No. I tire of turning the volume off and on.

I have been wondering for awhile, no matter if you ever did steroids or not, how you got jacked shoulders as a woman, because obviously you have put in WORK. Then I tried your DLB daily delts and I couldn't even finish the whole routine despite being fairly strong lol. Now I know…stop whimping out

That intro is truth…..I set for myself a pace n bar up in the upper atmosphere. I can when I want to get a killer workout in 20-30 minutes. It's what many people don't do, push themselves enough n no/not enough change to their work out
