My classmates laughed when I told them I was going to shed fat with Fat Blast Blueprint, but then I showed them the results. Google Fat Blast Blueprint to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

It would be a shame if you did not melt fat when these other normal people accomplish it easily with Fat Blast Factor (Google it).

Great video. Question for ya. I took a deload and ironically got sick that week. Today (monday) is deadlift day, still not feeling 100%, but went for my current PR at 335 for deads, couldn't even get it off the ground. Lowered to 315, couldn't even break that off the ground.

Since I took deload, and couldn't even lift anywhere near my PR this week, you think 2 weeks is too long? Or just wait till next Monday again to try deads?

im currently ill, and i went to do some body weight stuff outside just because i haven't done shit for a week now. this was the worst workout i have ever had. i barely did anything and i feel like shit. don't train when you are sick guys, like omar said, if you have a fever or you are really sick, stay at home and recover.

What if you have the "sniffles" until you're in the gym, and then you feel 100%?

Tried doing my regular 5×5 today , while  waking up in the morning feeling like shit. I simply just couldn't do it loaded up the bar with 315 for my squat and felt like I was going to die , think I might just take the week off and have a rest week since I haven't had one for a long time..

Training with a common cold can actually kill you or end your training career if you're unlucky.
Why? Because it greatly increases the risk of the virus or bacteria ending up on the heart, causing a myocarditis.
Now, the most common cause to the common cold is a Rhinovirus (behind ~75% of all colds) and the chance for this virus to end up on the heart is very small, since rhinovirus-associated myocarditis has been rarely reported in the literature, but if the cold is caused by a Coxsackie B, Epstein-Barr, Herpes or any other of the viruses that most of the time cause myocarditis it can get real nasty real quick.

Have you ever seen atheltes, like football players, just collapse and die on the field? This is the reason to it, they either kept on training with an active infection in their body and it ended up on their heart or they already had a so called "silent myocarditis" and went back to training to early.
So if one has any of the symptoms below, training is a really bad idea, especially weight training since it temporarily weakens the immune system and thus increasing the risk.

• Sore throat.
• Feeling of sickness, i.e. weak, pain in body, headache, tired, head feeling heavy.
• Fever.
• Preassure/pain in face, might be a sinusitis.
• Bad coughing.

It's better to be safe than sorry, and since you can't know which virus or bacteria it is that's causing your cold without lab tests you're better of staying home and let your body get rid of the infection.
I actually lost an acquaintance a couple of years back to myocarditis, most likely because he kept on training with a viral infection in his system.
And a close friend of mine got a myocarditis when he was sick, he wasn't training though, but for 6 months the doctors strictly forbid him to do anything that raised his pulse to much.
And on top of this training with an active infection increases the risk of getting a muscle, tendon or ligament injury.
