I'm so sorry!! Macronutrientcalculator.com must have just been taken over by some new company promoting a keto diet! I don't recommend it any more and I'm looking for a better one now ❤️

Natasha what would you suggest doing if you have come from a bodybuilding training routine for 8+ years but want to try some plyometrics training and workout like you? I also gave knee issues so jumping things can put damage to my body.

I had an ED and now I recovered and gained huge amount of fat while my metabolism is so low. Now I'm good with food but can never lose fat eventhough I train ( but most likely cardio) , what to do?

If the bulking phase can last from 3 to more months, how long does the cutting last? I wouldn't want to overdo it with cardio and lose my muscles. So if you're in a cutting phase, for how long and how many times a week should you do cardio? And how long in general does the cutting phase last? (does it only involve cardio like running? or do people keep lifting even during their cutting phase but it's just about diet?)

Hi Natacha! Please do a video of how to cut in a healthy way. I watched your videos for so long and it has helped me a lot in having a good relationship with food and still loose weight. I still have some fat to loose but I'm scared of doing a harder cut incorrectly and ruin the progress that I have achieved. Love you lots and hope you can do this 🙂

I do them both, keep my balance normal 80-20 healthy diet ( fat , carb , protein ) , and train balance workout ( cardio , weight ، stretching).
By the way, I’m 51 k 156 cm.

Natacha.. Is it okay to drink whey protein when trying to lose weight? Im thinking taking whey will prevent muscle loss while im trying to lose weight? My ideal weight is 70 but im 79 now. Should i not drink whey? And focus on weight loss first then when i reach may 70kg then i will take whey?

Ok so here's my problem. I have been working out everyday with a 1-2 rest days a week for about 1 and a half years. I have already built alot of muscle and its kinda showing up and I have lost a lot of fat but I would like to keep losing more while building more muscle mass. I guess I'm kinda medium. Not really skinny and not really fat..So what the heck do I do haha.
